Low slung belt
A leather belt which hangs apon her hips, it's fastener hidden behind a small golden colored crest at the front. Apon the belt to the right is a small pouch, containing pre-made Musket/Pistol cartridges (Consisting of the ball bearing and a quantity of gunpowder, wrapped up in paper and twist tied at one end) for faster reloads and to the left hand side hangs a holster for her Flintlock Pistol. To the rear of the belt, attached by a small leather strap hangs a water canteen.

Thin iron Ramrod, slung across her back at waist height via a leather strap which the ramrod slides onto through two small slits in the material.

Background

Ponsenby-Harcourt, A name in which many people have come to know and desire to be associated with. A family deeply rooted in the trade of rare goods and foreign exports, made for a very lavish up-bringing for the only child born. Abigail Ponsenby-Harcourt could not have had an easier childhood. Everything which she desired was hers. Servants waiting on her every call and teachers of the highest quality made her education one that few others could wish for, but she did not take to her studies. Other interests held her away from the world of books, politics and the high society which her family desired her to be within.
When she was 14, her father started taking her with him on his favorite past-time, Traveling into the wilderness to hunt for game, boar and beast. She was taught how to wait in ambush for the perfect moment to strike and how, once the kill was made, to skin the beast of it's valuable hide.

On her 19th Birthday her father presented her with a very special gift. His very own Musket. It was a beautiful firearm, with a copper plated heavy barrel which was perfect for long range shots due to it's weight and fitted with a specially made sight to allow for greater accuracy at long range. Upon the stock of the weapon was three golden plated roses making it very distinctive amongst other similar weapons. After receiving this gift, the hunting trips soon became more and more frequent, with Abigail returning with more and more kills each time, her skills with the weapon improving greatly.

A few more years passed, her educational lessons turning to those of etiquette and the structure of high society but they could not distract her from her true passion. The hunt. Few possessed her passion for the stalking, trapping and killing of beast. A passion that would help her come through the heartache about to come. Business started to become less frequent for her family. Trading ventures lessened due to new traders setting up and hiking costs, which her father refused to pay and within 2 years her father lay in his bed, a heart attack almost costing him his life after costing their family everything else. The town clerks having seized all their good due to late payments on trading bonds, left them no choice. They had to declare themselves bankrupt and leave the high circle for the lower slums of the city while he tried to recover from being a broken man.

Things were so bad that her mother took up a job in the local tavern to support him as his recovery progressed and Abigail even tried to join the army to help support her family. Despite her exceptional skills with firearms, she was turned away. She decided to work as a hunter for a local butcher, killing and skinning beast for the man but it was not very financially rewarding but her talents with her trusty musket did not go un-noticed.
Offers for her "Talents" began to come in, from some very shady characters. Jobs involving hunting for people to recover lost goods or money were frequent and highly profitable for her to take on. Quite quickly she began to gain a steady reputation for being a reliable mercenary and was often found sitting at a table in some slum bar talking business with whomever had the coin to offer her.
