Sword Coast - General Rahm Kota
Character Sketch
A veteran of past wars, Kota is an old man, 50, maybe even 60, years of age. Well past his prime with the glory days in the past, he is now down on his luck, blinded, his body stooped and broken. Forced to eak out a living as a beggar, he spends his days scraping together a few coins here and there to pay for enough cheap booze to eradicate memories of the past.
Yet Kota is not a very effective beggar, it's not the battered breast plate he still wears, or the bastard sword on his back (it doesn't look like he could swing it even if he wanted to...) it's just poeple can't quite shake the feeling that there's something going on behind that blindfold, and maybe, just maybe, he's not quite as weak as he initially appears...........
Background
Kota was born to a human woman in westgate and grew up an orphan on the streets.
Kota's not lying - he is a veteran of many battles, but the rest of this is secret.....;0)
Description
General Rahm Kota is an old man, 50, maybe even 60, years of age, Well past his prime. His stooped form is covered by a large black cloak which is tattered and frayed at the ends, spattered with mud. The handle of a large sword sticks out from beneath the cloak, making the fabric stand up slightly, giving the impression of a hunched back. A battered breast plate is just visible beneath the cloak. In his right hand is a walking stick with which he tests the ground as he totters a long, not exactly slow, just very unsteady on his feet.
Long grey straggly hair is tied back in a ponytail from which a few strands have escaped hanging down over his face. He has a short grey beard as well as copious amounts of stubble. His eyes are his most striking feature, bound as they are with long strips of leather. The bindings look like they've been in place for a very long time.
Notes
Kota speaks with a thick cockney accent (at least we'd call it cockney, god knows where it comes from in the D&D multiverse) with the occasional piece of planar cant thrown in.
He's prone to calling everyone 'boy' regardless of race gender, creed or age - in fact he sounds a little like a victorian cockney gangster, 'fackin cants!'

The increase in Constitution increases the barbarian’s hit points by 2 points per level, but these hit points go away at the end of the rage when his Constitution score drops back to normal. oh, forgot to mention that the pet tarrasque is not allowed. would a great wyrm red dragon mount do instead?
sorry to be a pain, its just the 868hp and total immunity to everything that i think might be a wee bit unbalancing.
